If you don’t like to work much and just want to say you’re employed. Sometimes the other techs are cool

Cons

More than I can count. Pay sucks. No raises. No benefits. No healthcare. Harsh chemicals. No safety. OSHA violations constantly. Callbacks. Improper training. Owners are greedy af. Rude and condescending. Will attempt to diagnose you. Autism is one they throw around for techs. Get angry when you don’t make them enough money for them to travel all the time and not run their company. Pick sides. Specifically the sides of the greedy sales people. Generally a terrible place to work. Extremely high turnover rate. ~10 employees come and go per year.

None. They play with people’s lives.

Cons

Quit my job after I was hired by surface experts. 2 weeks later was told there wasn’t enough work to cover my salary. So disappointed, I was really looking forward for the opportunity to learn something new. Now I’m without a job and have rent and bills to pay.

You usually only work 4-5 hours a day, you are alone with little supervision

Cons

Franchise owner is greedy, harsh chemicals, raises don’t happen, absolutely no benefits, there are so many call backs it’s pitiful, they are quick to point fingers instead of fixing the problems, I seen 8 employees come and go in 2 years time, no job security
