Pros
Everyone is so friendly. Lots of company initiatives for diversity and inclusivity. Everyone in the business can be approached for support. The Heads of functions and MD is no exception. Nice office with coffee machines, fruit and breakfast.
Cons
Benefits package could be improved. Progression is relatively flat.
