      I thought it was the pay but that even sucked compared to my surrounding areas.

      Cons

      THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. They just focus on the business end and not the clinical side. They don't support the company financially. They make you go in debt and then you have no money to pay vendors, buy supplies tk have safe surgeries. Nothing clinically is safe about this company. It's straight business. Do not have surgery at any of its centers. All those 5s you see are scams.
