      Pros

      very fun place to work! I get to utilize my skills and work in a teamwork environment, I love that I can share my ideas and put them to use!

      Cons

      commute is a little far but definitely doable

      Pros

      Right when I walked into the office for my interview everyone was extremely welcoming and outgoing. They sat down with me at the said time for my interview and the way the manager explained the company it seemed to be an amazing company to work for.

      Cons

      The only thing I saw that could possibly be difficult were the hours. I recently graduated from college and have never had a full time job but it is definitely something I will get used to.

      Pros

      Team work is very heavy at this office. I come from a position where I primarily worked individually but at Surge Connections that is way different. I can still work individually here, but I have not wanted to because everyone on my team has been a joy.

      Cons

      It took me more than the designated training week to be fully trained but the management was very open to staying late and coming in early to help.
