      Coworkers are mostly nice to work with

      Cons

      - Travel gets really old and then when you've been traveling for years they'll tell you it's "not fair" to have you travel less than the people below you - Pay is miles below what other consulting firms pay - Small company so if you don't like working with someone you're stuck doing so

      The current leadership has deteriorated the firms revenue and financial position. The President and the Board are not affective leaders and are very vindictive.
