Cons
Grey areas are interpreted by management. People in high positions base on relationships not experience. Change from Salary to Hourly doesn't guarantee employees agreed upon yearly and biweekly salary. No written rules or guidelines for employees to follow such as how Lunch breaks, time off, on-call time, etc.
