      Exciting Product Vision

      Pros

      One of the things that’s most exciting things about working at Surgimate is the vision across Surgimate, ImplantBase, and the openDoctor product. Bringing together surgery scheduling, implant coordination, and imaging workflows has huge potential. It’s cool to be part of a company that’s thinking that big about the future of end to end surgery coordination.

      Too many managers. Too many visions

      Pros

      For a small-scale company, Surgimate is extremely organized. Payments and bonuses are on time. It was the first time I felt I was in a company with a unique culture.

      Cons

      The vision that brought so many special people to work together was lost. The company hierarchy only damages the R&S. The chaotic changes and panic are just too much. You can't deliver like this.

      - supportive and approachable manager - every meeting feels collaborative and energizing - colleagues are kind, driven, and always willing to help each other out - company that trusts you to find your own approach while offering coaching and guidance instead of micromanagement - FUN!!, high energy and environment where people and genuinely enjoy what they do

      Cons

      The autonomy is great, though it can take a little time to find your rhythm if you’re used to intense structure
