Senior management have an awful attitude towards staff and have made it very clear their only concern is profits as they make their way to the end of the current investment cycle Because of this many senior staff members and long serving surveyors are leaving the company and they are quick to fill the voids with cheaper alternatives Also linked with this is their money saving attitude towards software and hardware, their main offices still use cracked versions of old software and the second hand hardware is not calibrated or serviced as it should be Any new potentially beneficial initiatives are dealt with as a tick box exercise/marketing stunt and are not followed through Due to the huge emphasis on growth during the investment cycle the majority of strain is put on middle management with no plan for increased workload etc despite countless warnings over a period of more than a year resulting in most leaving the company having had or been close to a breakdown
