      No flexible working arrangements leadership needs everyone at office Not sure why but still needs everyone to do extra work and do things on tight deadlines layoffs No proper vision simply creating new products wgich they can't sell

      Can learn lot of stuff during initial phase but things get monotonous after that. Food and snacks are provided. Cab facility is provided. AI tools access is provided

      More work ( since managers ask why you cant deliver with AI ) They expect high quality in short span of time. Less pay for work They havent laid off since the start of this company, but this year (2026) people got laid off.
