      Most people at base level are good

      Cons

      Management is biggest con in this place. Most management found their positions by failure in another place or by being closely aligned with the owner. Pay is low, benefits are bad, retirement is lowest in the industry meanwhile the owner operates a jet for himself and kids with the Director of Safety as a pilot for him.
