Pros

Pros • Amazing teamwork and atmosphere – Everyone works together really well and supports each other during busy periods. It’s a friendly, positive environment to be part of. • Supportive and motivating management – Managers genuinely care about your progress, give helpful feedback, and make sure your effort is noticed and appreciated. • Flexible scheduling – Management is understanding and works with you to adjust shifts when needed, helping you balance work and personal improvement. • Opportunities for growth – Promotions are achievable if you stay consistent and show commitment, especially with the company expanding and opening new stores. • Fast-paced but rewarding environment – The rushes can be intense, but they help build confidence, speed, and strong multitasking skills. • Trust and responsibility – Staff are trusted with important roles and given real responsibility, which makes you feel valued. • Company expansion – SushiDog keeps growing, opening new stores as well • Positive work culture – There’s strong teamwork, respect, and pride in keeping standards high even when it’s busy.

Cons

• The pay rate can feel a bit low for the amount of responsibility and pace of work involved. • Peak hours (especially lunch) can be very intense when short-staffed. • Some stations require a lot of multitasking, which can be challenging without enough team coverage.
