I joined the company nearly 3 years ago and had no experience in the energy industry. That didn't matter, as I had a great Manager who was willing to invest in me, she taught me anything I was willing to absorb. There are challenges each month/year, but that's nothing to do with the company. Its the Environmental Agency and the Department of Business and Trade that apply some unrealistic time scales - which challenge us, but in a good way - makes us stronger and hopefully forward think better. My manager and team have been a great support to me, and I have loved being able to give back to them, by producing training documents and videos, when we have something new to learn - this I love to do. The benefits that the company give you are great, I really appreciate what we get.
