Pros
When I joined this respective corporate , I was an only Rect Developer with 4 backend developers. And It was very crucial time to adopt product ideas and goal of product in short time of periods. Due to that I received skill for task delivery from first date. After some time front-end team was scaled by interns and fresher so I have to give well training to them for more productivity in team. So I got experience of Team Leader, quality with as a trainer , Code Reviewer , Sprint Designer , Task Allocation in team as per priorities . Well the overall journey in Suvit was amazing, Because I got too many opportunities in very short Time.
Cons
As per my personality I really like to explore new technologies daily and Suvit is product based company so in my 1 year of experience in Suvit I got less chances to learn new Technology as compared to Service based company.
