      Pros

      One of the best teams I ever worked with. People are friendly, casual and helpful. Good atmosphere and it makes you happy to work there. The management are ok so you got a chance to talk to them anytime - just knock on their door. The office is small so you talk to all the people.

      Cons

      Low salary and there was no increase in salary for some years due to the company situation.
