Pros

These reviews are clearly fake from the executive team made up of Matt’s friends. Pros: -flex schedules -unlimited PTO -fully stocked kitchen -parties

Cons

Working at Crowdtap/Suzy after Matt started was one of the worst years of my life. Matt is extremely volatile and everyone lives in constant fear of angering him off and having him flip out. The company had cash issues a year ago and had to go through two rounds of layoffs because Matt was using company $$ to pay for his own Matt Britton ventures. After that happened, the ones of us that were left immediately started interviewing and they’ve turned their staff over multiple times in the last year. The exec team doesn’t know how to run a business (the CFO/COO was finally let go) and HR is now a joke so if you ever need something there’s no one in the business you can trust.

Pros

- Technology is good, dev team is well focused and produces consistent, market-aligned releases. - Most employees are great people who truly care about others (leadership not included). - Good perks, benefits...

Cons

I've never worked for a company who outwardly tries so hard to create a positive culture, only to have the rash decisions, nepotism, and inexperience of the Sr leadership team completely destroy it. If you work here, you are completely expendable at any moment unless you're a legacy employee or have worked with sales leadership at a former company. There are basically 2 cultures at this company. One for the legacy employees, and one for everyone else. "better together" is not a core value that this company champions...

Pros

The pay is at market price.

Cons

I agree with the honest comment made on August 8, 2022 saying that there are micro-managers and office bully in some departments. After reading that post, I realize that I was not the only person who was mis-treated there. It's true that some managers were very unethical. They didn't know how to treat employees with respect at all. Be very careful. Surface truth is different from reality.
