1.- If you came from Mexico, Company pays all Expenses related to visa, relocation, and salary even when you are not in project.
2.- Sponsor GC process( If you came from Mexico under TN, its possible to move from TN to GC , my case)
3.- Good people to work. They have defined process that helps you to get in a project asap. Good people in Marketing team.
4.- When you get in a project, company pay all the expenses related to relocation ( flight, hotel 1 week and car rental)
