Fantastiske kollegaer - Svea scorer super høyt på det sosiale Masse kompetanse, med folk villige til å dele kunnskap Spennede og varierte arbeidsoppgaver

Cons

Silo organisasjon (men i endring?) Ikke alltid like enkelt å komme med konstruktive forslag til endring (merk: snakker ikke om kritikk her, bare endringsforslag). Det er kanskje naturlig når en går fra å være veldig silo og må nå bryte ned de barrierene mellom avdelinger? Har egentlig veldig lite negativt å si om selskapet. Det over gjør det litt vanskelig å ha en jobb som går på tvers av avdelinger, men ble mye bedre etterhvert.
