34 hour week, 5 - 6 weeks annual leave plus a week for Christmas. Flexible hours, hybrid, compressed hours. Friendly, supportive colleagues, good training opportunities.

Cons

Pay is lower then private sector and career progression is limited.

The staff become family, however directors will not always engage with you and come across non personable.

Unsure there are any pros for this organisation.

Cons

The organisation is run by local people whom are entrenched in the local area which means if you are not a local you don’t fit in to the organisation. Bullying environment goes unchecked and unchallenged by HR. Equal opportunity laws do not seem to apply in this organisation.
