Office will be closed for a few more days in Xmas and CNY, employees will have approximately a week off including the public holidays. For example, Xmas holiday will be from 25 Dec to 1 Jan, and these extra day offs won't be deducted from your AL.
Cons
Office environment is bad, it's in a really old building. The boss doesn't trust his employees, as if everyone is trying to take his advantages. No one is really expertized in this company.
