      Amazing culture and opportunities

      Pros

      European mindset company with the employee on its centre. High potential Startup that exceeds employees culture expectations is the best. The product is great (amazing if you're in sales), the team is extremely smart and collaborative and there are great growth opportunities. Also great environment in the main office but also in the local ones.

      None so far, and each suggestion is taken seriously

      Kind and serious startup with real potential to make it

      There is a good atmosphere in this company, even when there are emergencies to handle. People treat each other with respect and are focused on finding solutions and improving.

      Cons

      Like most tech startups, diversity is an issue - but the company is really making efforts in this area and I feel hopeful.
