      Fun to work with the customers Movie Screeners

      Cons

      Promotions are rare and done when they want someone to blame in the future People are let go for trivial reasons Always afraid you will be fired No real raises (4%) Unrealistic sales goals People don't feel valued

      Pros

      Not a whole lot. Grandfather was a pioneer who started the company. Company is now run by the 2nd generation. The 3rd generation has been brought on in recent years and been given management roles, even though they've never sold anything. Not a bad place to land if you are just out of college. Secret to success is to kiss up to TS and his trusted (20 year +) managers. Drink the Kool-Aid.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. Benefits aren't as good as they once were. Owner can't make business decisions. Company is stuck in the 1990's. No room for career growth unless someone dies.

      The people, not management, are caring and good individuals.

      Cons

      I honestly do not know where to being. This place is exactly what you would think of when someone says smoke and mirrors. They are saying one thing that sounds nice and PC on the front end while doing the exact opposite on the backend. It is actually a shame because they do have very talented people who work there, but management will not allow them top do their jobs to their full capability.
