Pay, management need more experience

This is specifically in regards to the Roseburg stud mill. Other plants seem to be different. At the roseburg mill, everyone is really friendly, easygoing, funny and hardworking. Immediately made lots of friends. Management is really laidback but always on top of everything, best management out of any job I've had. It's always nice walking in for the morning meeting and laughing and talking with my coworkers and supervisor. Work is really hard (at first) but not too bad and really rewarding. Pay is good and pretty much get overtime if you want it. Good benefits, steady hours, weekends off.
