      Professional people, VP'S work hard and are good to work with. Good customer base established. Holds employee events and gives back to community with charity events.

      Cons

      Work-life balance, employees are overworked. Takes on more work without increasing staff levels. The open office space can be distracting.

      Pros

      Excellent office setting after a state-of-the-art remodel in 2012. Company remained stable even in difficult times such as post 9-11-01. Marketing is very innovative.

      Cons

      Sometimes importance of business goals overshadows the needs of employees. Management needs to realize that satisfied employees work harder for the overall company good.
