I am disappointed writing this but since I saw the reviews were of people who were told (messaged on slack) to write 5-star reviews - I had to speak up.
The management team is young naive and inexperienced! Coworkers here have some of the biggest ego's you've ever seen and have no concept of teamwork.
Nothing original here despite all the hype you are fed during the interview process. It's a generic “tech” startup with no upward mobility. You need to be the CEO's favorite to get ahead. Better off elsewhere for more money. Constant micro-management from the CEO.
Sales practices here are cringe-inducing and make you bow your head in shame.
A lot of fake people. They offer below-market salaries in favor of hype and an amazing culture.
They are so focused on pretending that they are the best when actually it is all smoke and mirrors. Many of the employees are too young and inexperienced to be able to recognize toxic workplace behavior. You can tell by some of the positive reviews on here that tend to echo each other. It was disappointing to see how employees treated each other.
Lack of transparency around pay/equity. They have kept people on board who are bad at their jobs, but because they have been "loyal", they keep them when it is not in the best interest of the company, team or bottom line. At the same time, they have let really awesome people leave.
