Pros
Beautiful campus since the campus is one huge arboretum. No matter how stressed you get, you can always take a walk and look at the beautiful plants and flowers.
Cons
Its extremely difficult to bring necessary change to a campus that prides themselves on being a community, but cannot fully define what that community is. Are you are part of the community because you were hired or do you have to be there for a certain period of time. Without this understanding, the views of new people are discounted and described as going against the community.
