Pros
Swasti Health Catalyst has been doing some groundbreaking work, especially during the Covid waves. Its commitment to involving community members in the process of change is laudable and could act as a good source of inspiration.
Cons
- The HR does not function independently and fails to keep information confidential. - There is a severe lack of inclusivity and incentives for freshers. The system is extremely hierarchical and there is a huge disconnect in the communication systems on certain projects. Freshers are made scapegoats and this was observed on more than one occassion. - There is close to NO effort from the end of the senior leadership to nurture a safe work environment which promotes growth of employees. - Zero transperancy. Nil. Zilch. - The hardships of employees are not taken seriously. Leaders indulge in performative empathy and inclusivity which is shocking considering that this operates within the social sector. - Specific leaders at the highest level are unethical, misogynistic and apathetic. - ZERO efforts from certain leaders to understand and utilise the skills, talents and creativity of employees.
