The team is small, international, and sharp, so you get range and real responsibility fast. Founders are hands-on and technically strong, decisions move quickly, and there's been a visible recent push to invest in culture and strategic clarity.

Cons

Moving fast means priorities shift, and the company is mid-transformation. Mostly positive, but expect some ambiguity while things settle.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. At times, competing priorities and operational demands made it challenging to dedicate as much time as I would have liked to the initiatives that delivered the greatest value to the team.

From a product perspective, everyone is committed to creating something impactful and beneficial to the users, that drives healthy outcomes. This adds to satisfaction.

A little under-staffed in some areas which is leading to a slower rate of innovation and product development
