Intressanta och omväxlande arbetsuppgifter. Man får träffa trevliga människor från olika kulturer och olika arbetsbakgrund.

Cons

En stor mafia ställe där alla är antigen är släkt eller gifta med varandra. Mycket snack bakom ryggen och oskickliga chefer. Teamledarna har ingen specifik roll än att anmäla handledarna till cheferna hela tiden.
