- Competitive salary, always on time - Remote work from anywhere - Modern tech stack, engaging projects - Strong and motivated team

Cons

Processes are not ideal, there is room for improvement

More than just startup

Pros

- Motivated and great team in the development area, from other top companies with impressive experience. - Responsive management and with simple motivation to get more revenue from the market. - Implementing best practices in process and tools. - Part of the process was set up, and they are similar in most of the top IT companies.

Cons

- Tough with prioritization of the tasks. - The processes are still being set up. - Lag in communication between IT and operations. - Grey business, not clear for people who do not live in the US, because in the US, it's a clear and legal market. - Still a client-oriented company, but starting to move to a product development way.
