      Pros

      There is a fairly flat structure with supportive senior leadership that allow you to shape your role and offers future progression. SweeneyVesty hires smart people - which leads to a great environment with intelligent discussion and problem solving. The environment feels supportive and welcoming.

      Cons

      It would be great to have more sharing of information between the offices - but covid and lockdowns are always tricky!
