Easy work and flexible schedule Great for high school and college students Free cup every shift Depending on the owners, great policies and pay.
Cons
Hard to get hours in the winter With the owners of the store I most recently worked at, it's a very poor experience. No hours, required to work alone October-March, poor team communication, no breaks. I was fired after a customer complained that I was eating, 12 hours into a 13 hours shift for which I was not allowed a break. Very greedy and selfish owners will ruin the experience.
