      Pros

      People at SweetRush really are very caring, kind, and inclusive. I’ve worked with a lot of nonprofit clients on projects that are positively impacting the world, and I really appreciate that.

      Cons

      Nowhere is perfect, but I am very happy working here. No complaints!

      Pros

      The culture and care for the collaborators. The leadership is amazing. Working fully from home is a game changer, it gives you the commuting time back.

      Cons

      You need to push hard for salary increases. Salary is not bad, but there is no policy on rises.

      Pros

      The people at SweetRush are really great! Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I enjoy the work and have had opportunities to be creative and bring my ideas to projects.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn and some of the processes are complicated.
