Awesome team, great mission, great startup experience

Best place I've ever worked. It's not a "family" - it's a professional environment filled with extremely competent team members who are a delight to be around. Management is available as needed, and checks in frequently to make sure you have what you need to get the job done, set goals, and help prioritize, but there's no micromanaging. Transparency is extremely high, which helps to ensure everyone is on track and working towards the same goals.
