The team here is extremely welcoming and the office, while busy, maintains a light and amicable vibe. No one around the office takes themselves too seriously. 6. 1. Every person on the team is fun/easy to work with. There is a strong sense of community but it doesn't feel like a cult. 2. Management is great, open to feedback, and focused on individual development. 3. We get to have a lot of input into decisions in our departments and company-wide.
