      A good looking and prospering company having good future lookout.

      Most of these are coming from the fact that management has no experience how to handle interpersonal conflicts of their own.

      good environment, good atmosphere, nice office, corporate events, good location, opportunity to strenghten your beginner skills on certain areas, flexible company, various restaurant opportunities, baby friendly

      They pay the salary but not bonuses. They play according to their own rules

      Cons

      HR is not your buddy or supportive entity no matter what they are advertising and saying in this respect. Its the fear you can realize on a daily basis and no one can say a word as too management is telling you what to say.
