      cool coworkers, horrible management

      Pros

      good benefits package, holiday party is fun, co-workers were cool for the most part.

      Cons

      Managers all let the control get to their head. Executives can't communicate properly so you end up redoing work several times. CEO is narcissistic and won't listen to suggestions if it goes against what he wants. The level of nepotism is insane.

      Some good people work there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the CEO appointed his son to an executive-level position with no prior experience other than a failed startup in an unrelated industry. While his son is incapable and fails at everything he touches for the business, the CEO praises his work as if he's excelling at his job. In reality, he's failing and in way over his head. In all reality, he would be fired from an entry-level position at a fast-food restaurant. I would avoid this company like I would avoid an abusive relatoinship. Because that is exactly how it feels to work there if you're not a "yes man." To everyone still there... Get out. It's not what it seems.

      Some of the staff were good at what they do.

      Cons

      The CEO made several lude comments about my appearance. He would comment on my physic often and make statements that he was "going to get in trouble with me." At one point, my daughter visited and my daughter was happy to meet a "celebrity" and hugged him. He said, "now we just need to make 18 year old girls react this way."
