      Very unorganized company. The staff members treat you like you don't exist. Pay was almost always messed up and not correct or on time. Overall horrible experience.

      No respect for lifeguards, underpayed, boring job, scheduled 7 days a week for 11 hour shifts, requested time off not recognized, little to no breaks while working, pay raises promised and not followed through, understaffed
