Most colleagues are friendly, location is nice, decent cantina, Homeoffice policy

Cons

Middle management is beyond anything I have ever seen - terrible in every way. Employees are highly frustrated and those who can are leaving the sinking ship - disaterous team lead being the main reason! Sad to see what a once decent company has become. This is no longer a wealth manager - avoid working in SLAM's securities business.

If you don't bother them, they don't bother you. You can easily survive even doing a poor job

Cons

Management is mainly composed by a bunch of idiots that do things badly and then they wonder why they don't sell anything. A lot of yes men with poor professional skills.
