Pros

- Good work-life balance (sorry, I don't have more than 5 words to describe meaningful advantages)

Cons

- lack of diversity on the board that reflects also in the company culture - loyalty rewarded more than competence - bad habit of most senior managers openly lying As a consequence of the above: - high employees turnover - outdated business practices
