There use to be a really nice company culture but i feel after some new staff joining the company, the culture really changed and had created segregation between union and non union.

bias from managers, sometimes i feel "relocated' to a role that i was not hired for. some higher level managers do not provide the support or coach the team and help them grow in their role/company. unless you part of the coffee department, you may feel that you are not really important
