      Remote work is great, but leadership is lacking

      Remote Working is the only pro

      Cons

      CEO has surrounded himself with yes men. There is no direction or logic to the business. They act against their users best interest to try to increase revenue and when that did not work, since there is no decision maker or intelligence in the c levels, they made fired everyone. Julia from finance has no idea about the market or the sector she works in. Product team is clueless about what the users need and ask for and want. CEO has no reasnable understanding of the business.

      Well-written codebase, but lack of recognition for effort

      Pros

      iOS Codebase very well written by the tech team, following the best practices in 2026. 90% codebase in SwiftUI + MVVM, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), good architecture. Squads structure also very good, although I worked for 2 squads at the same time I never failed with my quality of work and deadlines, because they have good Engineer Managers to manage work and avoid conflicts. They also have annual company retreats and squad team retreats, which is very nice to get everyone in person as it's fully remote work mode.

      Cons

      No recognition when deciding who'll be affected during lay offs.
