They started to gave me a lot of lame excuses for the delayed payment 7 months after I started to work for them. All late payments was "my fault" always. After about one year work with them without any contract (they said me would send me the contract after 1 week work with them but never did it) they just didn't payed me for 2 months. After more than 20 attempts to talk to them about my money (and by "my money" I mean 2 months of late salary) in whatsapp chat, email and phono calls, the last email they sent to me about it had the text bellow: "Good morning dear colleagues. We have received the search report from the bank and have now been able to determine where the problem was. In short, it is related to international routing. So neither you nor we can really do anything about it. But we have a solution to exclude this in the future. Our bank has already initiated the necessary steps and will inform your banks accordingly. What does this mean for you. Your payments have just been re-instructed on another way, so that it will reach your accounts on Friday COB this week at the latest. I would be pleased if you give me a Friday at your end of work that the money has arrived with you. I hope that we can work together again in the future on a more relaxed communication level, because the error was demonstrably again neither on you nor on us." Really the treat you as you are nothing, think about you as an idiot and do not have commitment with your hard work.
