Switch Commerce has managed to create a great working environment, provides decent pay and gives employees the tools they need to grow in their career. I’m a Software Developer and I’ve never worked with a team as respectful, talented or helpful as the group here. The senior developers are generous about sharing their knowledge about the company and best coding practices. The development management is the BEST I’ve worked with. They provide great leadership and encourage employees to share ideas that will help improve productivity and/or the work environment. I truly enjoy going to work every morning. It’s the best place I’ve ever worked!
Cons
I highly value Glassdoor reviews so I’ve sat here for a while trying to think of a con because I want to give an honest review myself. I’m really having a difficult time. I’ll gladly provide an update if anything changes.
