Pros
Great products. Interesting projects with a healthy mix of meeting deadlines and taking the time to implement things well. Lots of opportunities to delve into latest technologies. Respectful of work/life balance. Very supportive learning environment. Friendly colleagues. Positive energy with excitement over projects and products. Great environment for go-getter/self-starter types.
Cons
Commute (depending on where you live), office space could use some style.

Covers 90% healthcare (no dental, chiropractor etc.)
Cons
My mangers were very big micro managers and do not trust who they hire, even senior hires. They do not trust anything they do not understand. They insist on using AWS for VM’s, database and services… which is like shoving a square peg through a round hole with .NET applications. All their problems with architecture, coding, environments, on time delivery of features and bug fixes basically falls on the developer who is expected to work more than 40 hours a week, since the managers do.
