Pros
- Depending on your manager there’s good work life balance - Some WFH options
Cons
- It’s not what you know, it’s who you’re willing to suck up too, managers have clear favourites that often get all recognition. - Executive level is completely removed from daily reality of on the ground staff - constant cuts and changing of deadlines - constant changing goals - toxic and bully like work atmosphere - Great perks if your at executive level

Pros
A diverse job that changes everyday, you get to work with lots if trades, get to meet lots if people, get to help lots of families. Project management skills are practiced constantly and pro lem solving is a daily affair. Lots of good people around to help.
Cons
Executive level of the business is out of touch with the reality of how the work can be done more efficiently and do not seem to adjust course where needed.
