      -Leaders value data-driven results but also recognize and commend unquantifiable achievements -Flexible work schedule; work hard/play hard mentality (as an East Bay commuter, upper management is very reasonable with WFH during rush hours and commuting during down-times) -Opportunities for growth should you seek them, but you must demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills relatively independently of others' assistance
