      Pros

      - great office space in CoWrks - good engineering team - lot of exposure for individuals (if they would like to get their hands dirty) - freedom for individuals to drive their initiatives - weekly all-hands to bring transparency - flexible work hours - flexibility for leaves There are lot of opportunities for individuals to learn and grow all along.

      Cons

      rewards/incentivization for individuals when certain goals are achieved would help motivate individuals lunch option at office would be good flexibility with work-from-home option would be good considering the commute problems in Bangalore

      -> Fast, dynamic work environment -> Flexible working hours -> Good compensation and benefits, free snacks and coffee -> Great re-location offer, as well as paid round trip for the family

      -> As a startup, still exploring multiple directions for monetization -> Stability and trust is required for remote teams

      Pros

      Some of the pros are- 1. Flexible work hours 2. Great pay as par with top companies/startups. They pay really good if you bring right skills with you. 3. Very talented team. 4. No office politics 5. No micromanagement by managers. Managers are really good and give me complete freedom. 6. Leaves are never an issue. The company is very flexible on leaves till you are taking for justifiable reasons.

      Cons

      1. The HR is very rude and bossy. She talks unempathetically to employees without understanding their concerns.
