Pros

They'll tell you everything you want to hear. Tell you they will give you the world. If you decide to give it a shot, you'll make great friends with other unhappy staff.

Cons

No work life balance. No inclusion for anyone with any form of disability or health issues. No support from management. HR are a laughing stock, who don't support the staff, only the executive team. They'll belittle you and bully you if you don't believe in what they want too be gospel.

Learnt a great deal working with Swoop.

Cons

Poor management that offers little to no support. No pay rises regardless of performance or how well the company claims it is doing financially. Very aggressive HR employed here that lacked in every aspect HR should represent.
