Pros

Great place to work and learn the ins and outs of a small business that prides itself on having a curated selection of independent designers and doing everything in-house with great opportunity for growth in any areas of interest.

Cons

Having to take on more responsibilities than usual if you were working for a corporate retail sales position, but the learning experience and working so closely with the owners, buyer, designers, photographer, etc is well worth it.

Pros

Great space with lots of creative outlets. A perfect place for someone that likes to be part of a small growing team and knows how to wear many hats. The clients are super friendly and come from many walks of life which make the days exciting.

Cons

Small team if you are someone on the corporate ladder track.

Pros

Great space in a great location with amazing clients and people who come in, to shop. The neighborhood is a great hub for many creatives. The staff is very caring and gets along well. A beautiful place to be in with meticulously curated pieces that aid to daily inspiration.

Cons

Very long hours. at times, more than scheduled within shifts without notice. staff morale is low due to low/ minimum wages. No room for growth, not a career-altering job.
