You literally have to teach yourself everything from start to finish - A difficult product to sell in the market with little new business coming in year after year - Marketing lacks innovation and creativity; constantly looking at competition in order to figure out what to do next. -Poor culture; Constant department vs department blame game with executives never taking accountability and pointing fingers at one another. - Everyone is leaving. Really talented individuals are either being pushed out because of poor executive leadership or because they realize this entire headache is not worth their time nor energy
